The people I talked to at the Miami Airport were very nice. They added me to the 7pm shuttle to Marathon. Raul, our driver, was excellent. I don't like being driven, but I felt very safe and comfortable. We got to leave early after his last customer boarded, so I got to my destination early, which I really appreciated. The price was fair. I highly recommend the Keys Shuttle and if I ever get back here I will definitely use them again.
Excellent service! My college age daughter was stuck at Ft. Lauderdale airport while trying to get to Key West... other Ft. Lauderdale shuttles were horrid and didn't show up, etc. This went on for a couple of hours. But I finally called Keys Shuttle and they had a driver there in 15 minutes and provided a safe, air-conditioned, comfy ride for her and other passengers. They were very responsive and re-assuring and provided top notch customer service. This shuttle service is the BEST!
I can honestly say the trip couldn't have been better. The van was comfortable and had working seatbelts. Also the driver, Richard was on time and pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.
