Online Refund Request Form

Instructions:

1.) Complete Refund Request Form – One form for each booking.

2.) Cancellation processing fee of $15.00 per person paid at the time of cancellation form is submitted.

3.) Refund requests are only accepted for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking.

NOTES:

The request is to be completed by the Purchaser only.
Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used to make the reservation/booking only.
Processing are non-refundable and may be subject to change.
Requests will only be processed if all information on the cancellation form is provided.
The information provided for the request must match the information on the account.
Purchaser may receive emails form Keys Shuttle requesting further information regarding this request and agrees to provide information.
Standard Processing Time: It can take up to 14 business days for process to be completed.
Refund requests made outside of the terms and conditions of service are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
